Announcement – Start of 2021-2022 Academic Year

It is announced for the information of all Faculty and Students of the University of Health and Allied Sciences that after careful consideration and extensive discussions, the 2021/2022 Academic Year for all continuing students will commence as follows:

• Via e-LMS - November 22, 2021

• Face-to-Face lectures - January 10, 2022.

• First Semester ends - March 19, 2022.

• Second Semester commences - April 4, 2022.

• Second Semester ends - July 1, 2022.

Departments and Schools are therefore expected to make the necessary arrangement to declare results to enable students register appropriately for the First Semester.

Kindly note that all Clinical Year students of the School of Medicine and the School of Pharmacy are, however, expected to report to campus on November 20, 2021 to start lectures on November 22, 2021.

All students must endeavor to pay fees and register to access the e-LMS platforms accordingly.

All should regard this notice as urgent.

The detailed reviewed Academic Calendar will be forwarded to all Schools in due course.
