The State of SRC Address (SOSA) is a constitutional mandate that provides a platform for the Federal Students’ Representative Council president to appear before UHAS SRC Parliament House to state conditions in the student community, indicating progress made and challenges encountered by past SRC administrations, and stating succinctly what it is that the SRC intends to do for the students.

On Sunday, 1st December 2019, the Federal SRC President, His Excellency Abraham Norman Nortey, under the auspices of the Speaker of UHAS SRC Parliament House, Rt. Hon. Lawrence S.K. Nyalemegbe, addressed the student body on the State of SRC at the Medical Bloc, North (Trafalgar) campus.

He recounted salient happenings in different sectors of the UHAS SRC community, including academics, security, health, sanitation, SRC rebranding, sports, vocational training, accommodation and finances. He also admonished students to commit to paying their school fees of and registering their courses to prevent futility of the end of semester exams.
