Doctor of Philosophy (Medical Laboratory Sciences)
The Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Laboratory Sciences is a 4-year full-time programme with research focus on; Chemical Pathology, Clinical Microbiology, Cellular Pathology and Immunology/Vaccinology.
Entry Requirements:
A master’s degree (with research) in Medical Laboratory Sciences or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
ii) Master of Philosophy in Medical Laboratory Sciences
The Master of Philosophy in Medical Laboratory Sciences is a 2-year full-time programme with research focus on; Chemical Pathology, Clinical Microbiology, Haematology, Cellular Pathology and Immunology/Vaccinology.
Entry Requirements:
A first degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 or equivalent in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology or related Biomedical Sciences from an accredited institution.
iii) Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medical Imaging
Duration: 4 Years, Full-Time
Entry Requirements:
A master’s degree (with research) in Medical Imaging or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
iv) Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Medical Imaging
Duration: 2 Years, Full-Time
Entry Requirements:
- A first degree (at least 2nd class lower) in Radiography, Sonography or other related field and from an accredited institution.
