Mr. Daniel Nii Noi Ashong is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned finance and audit professional with over 35 years of experience across the public and private sectors. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICA-Gh), he holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA from KNUST and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ghana. He served as Head of Internal Audit at Ghana EXIM Bank, where he led the development of internal control systems, anti-fraud policies, and operational SOPs that significantly improved institutional efficiency. His career spans key roles at KPMG, UT Financial Services, PZ Cussons, and ProCredit (now Fidelity Bank), with a track record in financial governance, risk management, and strategic leadership. He also chaired the Audit Committee of the Ghana Nursing and Midwifery Council (2019–2022) and is actively involved in community leadership.
