Postgraduate Entry Requirements & Guidelines
MPhil Nursing Studies and MPhil Midwifery
It is announced for the information of prospective Applicants and the general public that application for admission into the M.Phil. (Nursing studies) and MPhil (Midwifery) programmes for the 2024/2025 Academic is opened.
Duration of the Programme: Two years (24 months) full-time.
Entry Requirements
• A good first degree in Nursing, Midwifery or PHN (for MPhil Nursing Studies) or Midwifery (for MPhil Midwifery) with a minimum of second-class lower division.
• Applicants should have practiced for at least two years post-qualification and must be in good standing with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana.
• Applicants will be required to submit two reference letters from professional and/or academic referees.
• Applicants will be required to submit their Curriculum Vitae (CV) and the relevant certificates and pass an admission interview.
• Applicants will be required to submit a research proposal in their chosen area of interest.
