Joyce Kwamitsey is an Estate Assistant at Works and Physical Development Directorate of the University of Health and Allied Sciences in the Volta Region of Ghana.

She had her first degree in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She also obtained certificate courses from the Ghana Stock Exchange.

She worked at the Ho Municipal Assembly as an Assistant Physical Development Officer for a year before joining the Estate Unit of the University of Health and Allied Sciences.

Her research interest is in valuation, facility management and development of projects.
