THE SECOND SESSION OF THE 10TH CONGREGATION

FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2026

It is announced for the information of all eligible Graduands and the general public that the 2nd Session of the 10th Congregation is scheduled to be held at the Cedi Auditorium on the Main Campus, Sokode-Lokoe as follows:

        Date: Friday, May 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

       

Graduands should be seated by 9:00 a.m.

                       

NOTICE TO GRADUANDS

  1. PAYMENTS OF GRADUATION FEES

All Graduands are to pay an amount of GHC550.00 into the UHAS PROJECT ACCOUNT NUMBER: 5011130017007, GCB-HO Main Branch 

 

  1. Graduands are to check their names and confirm spelling and arrangement in the order: Surname, First Name and Other Names on or before Friday, May 8, 2026.

 

  1. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 14, 2026.

 

  1. DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES.

 Certificates will be distributed immediately after the congregation.  

 

  1. REHEARSAL

All Graduands will be required to participate in the rehearsal on May 14, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in the Cedi Auditorium.

 

  1. GRADUATION GOWNS

After rehearsal, your gowns will be ready for collection at the SBBS Block on the Main Campus.
