Mr. Selorm Dey is a Lawyer and Chartered Accountant with more than 16 years of professional experience advising top management on how to manage their operations and improve profitability through Process redesign and improvement, Enterprise risk advisory, and Internal audit transformation; Financial Statement review and analysis; Financial statement audit, and so on. 
Selorm is also credited with setting up the Internal Audit and Risk Management function of one of the biggest Pension administrators in Ghana. 
Prior to that, Selorm worked with Global Audit and Consulting firm - EY Ghana for almost a decade leading key consulting projects in the areas of Enterprise Risk Advisory and Internal audit transformation, Process redesign; Public Financial Management, Monitoring and Evaluation; Forensic audit, and Financial Statement Audits in sectors ranging from telecommunication, oil and gas, insurance, government sector and UN projects, in Ghana, Sierra Leone and the United Kingdom.
Selorm is also a private legal practitioner and Managing Partner at Dey Legal Consult, a Corporate and Transactions law firm providing services in transaction advisory, corporate law and secretarial services, tax advisory, as well as commercial litigation. 
Selorm holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Ghana, a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from GIMPA Business School, LLB from GIMPA Law Faculty, and a BL from the Ghana School of Law. Additionally, Selorm holds a professional certificate from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is a fellow of that accountancy body.
