I warmly welcome you to the Department of User Support under the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS). The Department is committed to providing excellent technical assistance to end-users (staff, students, and their collaborating vendors) to ensure the smooth operation of the University’s software, hardware, and network systems, thereby enhancing the performance of administrative duties, teaching and learning. The role of this Department is very critical to the operations of DICT.
