Martin is a self-motivated young professional administrator with interest in helping to develop people, promoting strong work ethics among employees and implementing sound people-centred policies to help bring out the best in people.
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with Study of Religions from the University of Ghana in 2008.
Martin joined UHAS in January 2017 after serving at Webb Fontaine Gh. Ltd., a Destination Inspection Company where he played various administrative roles.
Martin’s area of administrative and research interest lies in discovering scientific and innovative ways of strategically managing employees to increase the possibility of retaining them and reducing labour turnover.
