Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He holds a Master of Science degree in Administration with option in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration with option in Accounting from University of Ghana and Group Diploma Certificates in Economics and Cost Accounting, Uk.
He has several years of immense experience to his credit. This cuts across widely in the fields of accounting and finance, insurance, pensions management, inventory management, public sector budgeting, procurement, and Microsoft office to mention but few. He worked in the Finance Directorate of the University of Ghana, first in the Accounts Payable Unit and later as the Head of the Insurance and Pensions Unit.
He joined the service of University of Health and Allied Science (UHAS) in the year 2012 as Assistant Accountant and became Accountant on qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAG. He is the Head of the Payroll Unit of the UHAS. However, between 2012 and 2014 he doubled up as the Budget Officer and Procurement Officer here in UHAS.
Since 2014 he has been an adjunct lecturer in Healthcare Financial Management I and II in the School of Allied Health Science, SAHS, UHAS.
By way of community service, he is a member of the Audit Committee of Agotime Ziope District Assembly on nomination by the ICAG. He is also the Finance Committee Chairman of the Saint Anthony Parish of the Catholic church, Sokode Gbogame in the Ho Deanry.
His research interest is in the area of governance and management accounting.
