Dr. Felix Kwasi Nyande is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Nursing at the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Ho, Ghana. He holds a PhD in Nursing from Nelson Mandela University and an MPhil in Health Services Management from the University of Ghana. With over 15 years of experience in nursing education, clinical practice, and research, Dr. Nyande has contributed extensively to healthcare service improvement and evidence-based nursing in Ghana. 

He currently serves as President of the University Teachers Association of Ghana (UTAG), UHAS branch, and represents UTAG on the UHAS Governing Council, championing the interests and professional development of academic staff. His research focuses on healthcare delivery challenges, particularly in rural settings, with numerous peer-reviewed publications to his credit.
