Mr. Jeffrey Nii Otu Larkai is a Senior Accounting Assistant within the Finance Directorate. He is the Chairman of the Senior Staff Association (SSA), UHAS branch. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Ho Technical University. In addition to his academic qualifications, Mr. Larkai has pursued further professional development in business intelligence, software applications, and sustainable development from globally recognised institutions, including the University of Cambridge and ALX. 

Mr. Larkai is an entrepreneur and founder of Larks Grandeur, and he also manages Batatas & Kook, a growing hospitality venture based in Ho. His leadership portfolio includes serving as Chairman of the SSA–UHAS Local and as the former President of the National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) in Ho. With a passion for sustainable development, data analysis, and staff advocacy, Mr. Larkai actively contributes to institutional development through innovation and inclusive engagement.
